Bastille Security Group combines electronic reporting with modern security practices to give an effective security patrol service.
Electronic reporting is fast, saves time, and makes it easier for security officers to create reports. If a security officer spends more time inspecting your property than handwriting the report, your property might begin to meet the results you are paying for.Â
Electronic reporting, however, is still just a tool. A security company using electronic reporting is still dependent on effective security practices. Bastille Security Group combines electronic reporting with modern security practices to give an effective security patrol service.
1. ELECTRONIC REPORTING
Electronic reporting makes it easy for Bastille Security Group to gather information. Information collected is useful for any property manager. Electronic reports include GPS tracking, time-stamped photos, and a GPS map that paths where officers are on your property. Property managers have access to reports immediately through their browsers on PC or phone.

Electronic reporting ensures there is no way to “ghost” inspections with written paper reports. It also prevents the cloning of “deggy” locations used in baton systems.
As a property manager, you will receive a “Daily Activity Report” showing an entire day of inspections. This report will show the times an officer arrives and leaves your property. It also documents the times for each photo, note, or audio recording created by the inspecting officer.

Besides the “Daily Activity Report,” property managers have access to generate 22 other various reports from the information gathered by our officers.
2. CONSISTENT QUALITY
Checkpoint tours are the groundwork for Bastille Security Group’s inspections. The checkpoints will be from client requests, common areas, and our own risk assessment.

Company policy requires officers to do a checkpoint tour on every inspection. In our mission to give continuity and improving service, we will make any necessary changes to the checkpoint tour.

In addition to checkpoint tours, officers will report property damages, suspicious persons, do light inspections and search for lease violations. You know, security things!
3. UNLIMITED RESPONSE CALLS
Bastille Security Group offers patrol clients unlimited response calls (Alarm Calls, Noise Complaints, Suspicious Persons, and answering service calls) at no extra cost.

Residents bothered by a neighbor, or if a tenant observes something irregular, we can help. Residents can bypass the answering service and ask a response directly to our dispatcher, who will assign the issue to the correct officer. Even anonymously. For emergencies, please call 911.Â

If your current security patrol service provider isn’t using electronic reporting or if their security practices have not yielded the results your property needs, contact Bastille Security Group.  Free Consultation, Free Quotes.
