Who is Bastille Security Group?

Bastille Security Group has been licensed and operating since 2015 without interruption and is still going. Our company is founded and managed by former defense contractors and Personal Protection Officers. A company actively led by individuals with decades of experience in the highest levels of private security only aims to pass on that experience to its employees.

What do we expect out of employees?

Our expectations are simple. 

  • Be On Time – Show up to work and leave work on time.
  • Stay Awake – Any officer sleeping is a liability to their and the client’s safety. Sleeping while on duty is a fireable offense.
  • Do Your Reports – Hourly reports are reviewed by management and clients. It shows us that you are awake and alive, it shows the client that you are worth the cost of the contract, and it backs up your claims that you are present and doing your job.

What do we NOT expect out of employees?

  • Physical Contact – Call your on-duty supervisor, and only engage in physical contact if you need to defend yourself or the client.
  • Non-Property Enforcement – If any off-property incidents occur, you are not permitted to become involved and are encouraged to call 911 for the appropriate party. The city is responsible for its own issues.

Competitive pay?

Our starting rate for unarmed or Non-Commissioned Security Officers is $18.00/hour for entry-level positions.

  1. FREE Training (Partnered with Academy for Security Professionals #F07369001), including Level 3 and 4 renewals (does not include state fees)
  2. Weekly Pay and Direct Deposits – The work week is Monday-Sunday and Payday is on Fridays.
  3. Flexible Scheduling and Work – We are OKAY if you work for other companies. We honor most vacation requests.
  4. Holiday Pay – We pay time and a half for all Holiday Shifts and double time if you are already at overtime.
  5. Networking – We have plenty of industry friends offering Level 3 and PPO job opportunities. Though we no longer offer PPO services, we can be a gateway into the PPO world.
